We are now offering Microgreen CSAs.

Limited Quantities.

These will be offered in 4 - week increments each month.

Pickup will be at the Farmer’s Market every Saturday between 8am and noon located in Memorial Park next to the Winterset Library.

We will give you two packages totalling 4 oz of microgreens a week. This will be a mix of varieties available.

We may go to optional varieties once we get into this more depending on interest and requests.

Broccoli
Kohlrabi
Red Kale
Red Cabbage
Brussel Sprouts
Cantaloupe
Sunflower
Peashoot

Wasabi

Sales for each month will end of the 20th of the month prior as most microgreen varieties require 7 to 14 days grow time for cutting maturity depending on variety.
